One night stay

Second time staying here.
Stayed in room 821 this time.
Was a nice room. Flipped layout from previous stay. Mattress was a full queen size rather than 2 singles together. Enough power points in the room and TV was a good size.
However, it was right next to a staff pantry door and from 730 it was constantly opening and closing and I had earplugs in.
I couldn't hear other rooms, only the people's bathroom directly next to mine when in the bathroom.
The blackout curtain was ok but still letting light in at the bottom which is directly facing the bed.
Being a member, I got a late checkout of 12pm which was nice.
Both receptionists were super cheerful and friendly on arrival and departure.
Will definitely stay again, just going to have to bring an eye mask next time.
Probably couldn't hurt to request a room away from the lifts to avoid being around the staff doors.

Very good, comfortable and quite new.
Room large enough, bathroom good.
The bed was very high for me to climb into and way too soft and springy
Otherwise all good and a convenient position

Upon arriving, a staff member came out from behind counter and started spraying deodoriser which we thought was strange way of welcoming guests!
Over the next day or so we understood there was a plumbing issue on the 8th and 9th floor and sadly the odour travelled up the lifts to us on level 12.
Despite the dramas, the Staff were friendly, Buffet breakfast was fantastic and Room service was great.

On booking the room a month or so in advance I specifically requested a quite room. On arrival it appeared thart the reception staff had no knowledge of this and gave a room on the 8th floor overlooking the main road. First night was so tired that it did not matter but the second hardly got any decent sleep. If we had been staying longer would have demanded another room or would have checked out it was so bad. Otherwise a great budget hotel but for me, never again.

Centrally located. Take the back exit to Rundle Mall. Close to everything. Very comfortable bed. Slept very well. Nice clean bathroom. Pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is terrific. Great choice of everything including healthy juices. Ate on the deck area which was nice. Visited with my son to go to the footy. A nice walk to Adelaide Oval from the hotel. Wondered around the city at night and had a great meal a few minutes from the hotel. Easy walk to parklands and river. Took my 10,000 steps before breakfast. Loved it!
