Great stay!
Lovely location, very friendly staff! The room and facilities are what one would expect and familiarity with Krumpendorf is recommended (for evening meals) but all in all this was a great stay, and very close to the Strandbad

Never again, totally disappointing.
Contrary to the statements, the reception is rarely staffed. The keys are hung in an envelope with the name on the entrance door to the reception.
We had the apartment in the annex (at the edge of the forest) on the 2nd. FLOOR. The entire apartment smelled terribly of dog and stale smoke. Even after airing it out for a long time, it was unbearable.
The kitchen was a disaster. The oven probably hasn't been cleaned in years. It was completely filthy and therefore unusable. The microwave was also completely filthy and unusable.
The shower can only be used while crouching because there is neither a shower partition nor a shower curtain. If you shower while standing, the entire bathroom gets flooded. Only slim people can get to the toilet. People with larger bellies probably cannot reach the toilet because they cannot get past the vanity. The bathroom fan is unplugged, probably also defective.
The window at breakfast was open on the 1st. Day open. It was full of mold and cobwebs. Not very appetizing. Likewise the windowsill in the breakfast room, full of dead animals! On the weekend, the breakfast buffet was okay. But from Monday (when there are almost no guests left), there is only a reduced selection of cold cuts and the like. It was very annoying that there was no more coffee from 06:45, as the thermal carafe was no longer being refilled. Anyone who wants a coffee must report this to the receptionist. She will then make one for you.
The carpet in the bedroom is full of dark stains. I do not even want to know what kind of stains those are. Furthermore, the apartment is offered as a 4-bed apartment. Well, it has a bedroom with a double bed, then an emergency bed in the living room (you can hardly sleep because it sags) and the living room couch.
The door sign is only hanging sporadically by one screw. They are not even capable of repairing that.
The pictures on the internet probably date from the year of opening and unfortunately no longer have anything in common with reality.
Above all, it should be mentioned on the homepage that dogs are welcome. It is not very pleasant for people with a pet hair allergy!
There is also no elevator, so for older people in particular, the apartment on the 2nd. OG no possibility. The pool was not used by us because it was also very dirty (dirt on the surface and stones and undefinable dirt on the entire floor).
All in all, unacceptable for this price. To charge over 700 euros for 3 nights for such conditions (regardless of whether it is peak season or off-season) is simply an impertinence!

Not recommended
The establishment is advertised on the internet and on its own letterhead as a hotel, fish restaurant, and inn. In fact, there is no restaurant and no fish inn. It is actually a bed and breakfast with a meager breakfast. Our room did not match the pictures on the internet at all.

Really good experience!
Really good experience, helpful staff and ready to help. Great breakfast and very plentiful. The structure of the hotel is really nice and furnished in a typical way
