Highly recommended!

+ Located near the main lift as well as restaurants and stores.
+ Warm and superb service
+ Lovely and varied breakfast.
+ Clean, functional and spacious rooms.
+ Even though people are partying outside the rooms are still quiet.
We are very happy with this hotel that is delivering more than we could have expected.

any time…

the location of the hotel is brilliant,
the manager and her staff are equally nice and friendly;
the price-performance ratio is also particularly worth mentioning;
even if some of the breakfast items could be a bit more plentiful, we say thank you for the impeccable stay

Great experience and hospitality

Great service, great cleaning of rooms, good size of rooms. Close to lift, store, ski rental and restaurants. Super breakfast with everything that a skier needs. Very nice staff/owners! Room for skii equipment in the basement. Would absolutely return if I go back to Ischgl!

Very good!!

It was super close to the ski lift and the supermarket. The service and the rooms were great. Great breakfast and they helped me get a gluten free, lactose free and vegetarian breakfast with lots of options. Would definitely recommend.

Great location but pricy and not particularly friendly

Great location. Very close to the gondola (5 min. walk in ski boots) and just next for to both Kitzloch and Niki's Stadl. But pretty pricy and not particularly friendly. I actually left a day earlier than originally planned - mostly because I didn't feel welcome and inflexibility by the hosts.
The breakfast is ok, but nobody comes and asks whether you'd like a boiled egg or something else than coffee. Should you dare to ask, you probably will get a hot chocolate but don't expect it to be served with a smile.
The mattress I slept on was very old and worn. I woke up with a sore back every morning. Didn't say anything about it though, as it probably would have provoked a "Feel free to go somewhere else if you don't like it here" or something like that.
Maybe I was just unlucky, but I probably won't be coming back to this place.
