Very nice hotel :)
The room was clean and very confortable. The area is not very busy and noisy but even if it were, the noise isolation is absolute top-notch- we stayed on the 3rd floor, the rooftop bar was right above us and we could not hear a thing
We opted for a suite that allowed plenty of space for a family of three. The price was more than deserved.
The location has access to plenty options of public transportation for easy access to the city center. Bonus: there’s a shopping mall across the street, a park & ride near and a small park with a nice playground right next to the hotel.
The staff if very kind and helpfull, we appreciate the support we received.
Breakfast was great, everything was delicious and the parking was a godsent after a very long drive.
Kudos, Der Stasta team! We will return if ever back in Vienna!

Negative and respect for such a house
Suddenly there was a celebration, one needed my bed and was thrown out after the first day, which speaks for the procedure of the management and thus were other room seekers in front of such a *hotel*.

Nein wir kommen morgen wie geplant habe Termine vereinbart! Wir lassen es drauf ankommen und warten ab !
Wie auch schon versucht Ihnen vor Ort zu erklären, die Schuld bzw. das Risiko, dass kein Zimmer mehr frei wird lag eindeutig bei Ihnen. Des Weiteren hatten wir weder eine Feier noch sonst etwas, wir haben einfach wie auch in der Reservierungsbestätigung geschrieben die Übernachtung die Sie angefragt haben zu keiner Zeit verfügbar.

Nice room and people; terrible shower
The air conditioner worked (I was there during an oppressive, humid heat wave), but it was very noisy.
Clean, comfortable. But the shower…
The tiling, decoration and cleanliness of the shower room were impeccable; but the shower really let it down, quite unnecessarily. At home I have a thermostatic shower mixer. 2 decades on, the water temperature barely flickers if somebody runs a tap elsewhere - these things work. But the Stasta shower had one of those ghastly mixer taps which are a bit stiff to turn, and where the smallest of movements turns the water from unpleasantly cold to dangerously hot. I didn't feel it was safe for my 7-year-old grandchild having a shower. Once you manage to select an OK temperature, the temperature fluctuated wildly in use.
And its failings didn't stop there. The tap sticks out, so it was all too easy to nudge it accidentally while showering.
I'm pretty short-sighted, so I like to wear my glasses into the shower, and to have somewhere safe to put them while I wash my hair. But the only place for this was a too-small (?soap dish) where they perched precariously.
So - a great hotel stay, marred by the terrible shower.

Hidden gem on the outskirts of Vienna
Our room 122 was renovated, with big cupboard. There is a mobile airco in the room, a bit noisy but at least there is airco. Nespresso machine.
You can have lunch, dinner or breakfast in the beautiful inner courtyard. Checkout is until 12:00(!). Service is excellent, it's the kind of place where everything is as it should be.
