Regarding the water interruption on the morning of your departure, I would however like to clarify that this was caused by municipal works outside the hotel and was not a maintenance issue within the property.
Unfortunately, we received no prior notice from the city; the workers initially intended to shut the water off from 8:00 a.m., and our reception team had to insist on delaying the interruption as much as possible, eventually until around 10:00 a.m. As we ourselves only learned about it that morning, we unfortunately had no opportunity to warn our guests in advance.
I am nevertheless sorry for the inconvenience this caused, and I also take note of your comments regarding the room and the comfort of the bed; these are points we will continue to monitor carefully.
We hope to welcome you back in the future for an improved experience.

Off button. The fans were helpful but with only 2 plug outlets NEXT TO EACH OTHER the sofabed in the far corner of the room got no cooling.
