Excellent accommodation in Ipatinga

I stayed in the hotel. Excellent service, friendly and efficient staff. Room well clean, with replacement of towels every day. Air conditioning OK, hot water shower, which makes a difference to me. Parking in the hotel itself, which facilitates the guard of the vehicle. Very delicious breakfast, with replacement of items immediately. Excellent location. I took a lot and intend to return.

Used blankets, with perfume from previous guests.

We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the Highway, as we would continue the journey the next day, and also due to the parking included in the daily (as this, you know why, was costing twice what it normally costs).
The assistance in the check-in process was cordial, though a little slow.
The room was small, with good mattresses and great shower, with a lot of pressure and very hot water. Mid-to-bad pads, as in practice in the hotel chain.
Fair breakfast.
However, the blankets they provided to us smelled the perfume of previous guests. It is simply unacceptable and unforgivable that the bed linen is not completely washed and restored before releasing the room to other people. It is unacceptable that in the middle of 2025, hotels are still trying to save on cleaning, possibly the most important aspect of accommodation. We do not recommend the hotel and will not return to it.

Comfortable

The hotel is close to the highway which makes it easy for those passing through, there is parking and the room is comfortable. The shower pressure is great! The receptionists and parking security were friendly!
There is a big shopping mall nearby too!
