construction is all Concrete

This is a very modern artsy hotel resort, connected to a casino. The main interesting feature is the entire structure including rooms with bare concrete walls. The hotel is 14 years old and has 72 rooms, a large majority of which are sweets with super king beds and large 10 ft (wide & tall) single pain glass window, with an additional 3 ft wide ventilation window on the main window side overlooking the water.
Giving this hotel a 4.3 hinge rating, (Scale 0-5) as it has some crude features showing wear and tear over the years. They charge to go into the hot tubs outside,

Not going, it shows tremendous low quality.

It dropped its quality a lot, you can see that there is another administration. Departing because you are now charged for the vats (which were always included in the spa), which I find tremendous rotisserie. The hotel lacks maintenance: broken blinds, dirty windows, shower doors that do not close properly, bathrooms that sound (water runs), among other things. It was full of children, so zero chance to relax, lots of noise, you hear everything in the rooms. Zero courtesy: not a chocolate gives you, the slippers of the spa look like onion cloth of the thin. The cold sauna, the pool water was cold the 2 days I was. Amazing how they can miss the potential of the hotel, infrastructure and facilities. When we noticed that the water was cold in the pools we were given zero solution. The sauna the same. Many showerheads in poor condition, in multiple locations. The tub in the room didn't have its respective cap... anyway.
NOT RECOMMENDED TO GO. For the price yes or yes there are better options.

Not recommended

The hotel is in decline, the breakfast without replacement, very low quality, the bathrooms near the Restaurant without water to wash your hands. The hotel does not have a bar to consume on site. The restaurant “La Cevicheria” very bad, takes 2 hours to get an order. The room with maintenance problems, at least in the studio rooms. You listen to the TV in the next room. Anyway, I came with high expectations and I'm leaving disappointed. On my next trip to Chiloé this will not be the accommodation option. The only salvageable thing is the spa.

Much to improve

The hotel has great potential, but you rating that it lacks maintenance and more care in detail.
The reception was correct, although unwarm; at check-out I missed a closer contact or at least a more attentive farewell.
The food was the weakest part of the experience. Breakfast was very limited, with strong coffee and little variety. At dinner, despite being included in the rate, the options were basic and unattractive; for example, the salmon served looked more like side cuts accompanied by white rice. I believe that improving the quality and variety of gastronomy could greatly elevate the experience.
In contrast, the spa was excellent. The massage was really amazing, from the best of the stay, and the view from the room was also very nice. As a detail to consider, in the relaxation area there was noise from children, which detracted from some tranquility.
Overall, it is a place with a location and services that could be memorable, but today the experience is mostly overshadowed by the Quality of food and the lack of attention in some services. With improvements in these aspects, the hotel could live up to what it promises.
