Rare in the center at this rate

In its 2 star family category, this small city center hotel close to the train station and convenient bus lines of soft plugs, our room is spacious, comfortable bedding. The management is there for our questions and his advice is valuable to discover the city and its riches. The hotel's private parking is a plus despite its limited space.

A great place for an overnight stop on the return to Britain from the French Alps ski area.

We have stayed there twice now and will do so again this coming year. The hotel is ideally situated for a stop over on our return to Britain from a skiing week in Les Arcs, French Alps. We set out on the road late Saturday afternoon after getting the final day skiing so we are tired and certainly don't want to drive all night. The distance to Aix is just right to arrive at the hotel and then go out for a meal.
It was the same hotel manager on reception this last year and the year before and he was a very helpful chap who clearly enjoyed conversing in English.
Comfortable hotel with all the expected facilities.
Aix has a lot of restaurants and cafes across the range of prices for an evening meal.
Last time, the town was full of people and most restaurants were full. We found a noodles bar near the hotel where the manager put up a table for us on the pavement and provided us with great noodles. In the morning, Sunday, most everywhere was closed but we found a welcoming coffee bar for breakfast.
Aix Les Bains is a very French town and well worth a walk around if you are only there for an evening and morning.
Thoroughly great finish to our annual ski week.

Very good address to discover the city.

In its 2 star family category, this small City Pension near the train station practices soft catches, our room is spacious, bedding and pillows quality. The management is very attentive to our questions and its advice is invaluable to discover the city and its riches. Parking is a plus.

Beyond our expectations

We liked the kindness of the welcome, the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, the efficient heating, the very correct bedding, the setting, the atmosphere and the charm of this 1900 villa, the simple but with fresh, quality products, location near the city center and free parking in the courtyard. Excellent value for money

Gem of a hotel

Fantastic stay at this hotel for the price. I was looking for a clean not too expensive place to stay for one night before leaving on a backpacking trip. This hotel was perfect for that purpose and well located next to the train station. The sheets were crisp and clean and the bathroom as well. The room was tiny (I had asked for a single) but it did have a small desk and I loved the balcony. Thanks for a great stay! I would definitely stay there again if I went back to Aix-les-Bains.
