Top holiday!

I don't normally write a review but because I read so many negative things I still want to share my experience.
We stayed there for a week, every other day our sheets and towels were changed. On day two or three the soap ran out, I spoke to the cleaning lady and she immediately refilled it. Halfway through the holiday the air conditioning was broken, we only noticed this around 21h, I immediately went to report it to the desk. I thought they wouldn't come to fix it until the next day but half an hour later there were already two workmen to fix the air conditioning.
The food was very tasty, lots of variety... if I have to find a flaw it is the drinking. I personally only liked the lemonade. The Diet Coke and Diet Coke were really not good. But fortunately there was a tasty alternative.
We were very satisfied

the most frinedly and helpful staff, all the way from main desk through cleaners, chef, service during meals, the staff approach and friendliness was the best part. also rooms offered enough space and were clean, pool, good location; the closest walking distance beach is not too nice, but with the pool and other options closer to the city it was not an issue for us; occassionally there were some minor issues, like missing beach towels, but eventually all was resolved to our satisfaction; as for the food I think the budget there is not too high and breakfasts were mediocre at best, sometimes eg. vegetables which were not fresh, but lunches and dinners offered really good variation and were tasty, we all enjoyed it. they also tried to help with allergies as best as they could

Bad hotel with Poor service

Horoble hotel. Dated. Dirty rust. No service. Poor cleaning. Breakdance their own rimes anout towl and linnen service. No cleaning of room and when you ask for it they scoulde you loudly. Food is bland. Live fishes are suffering from low oxygen. Broren door locks. Chips another hotel.

Crappy hotel

If you ever consider booking at this hotel, reconsider. When we arrived, we Got pointet in the direction og our rooms, and then we could walk off with our loggage to look for our rooms, with our soutcases, that we had to hall up to the 1 floor, because there is no elevator..The food is bad, cleaning is non eksistent, I had the same dirt on my flores for 3 days, I had to ask to get my flores swebt, we had to ask for new towls after 3 days, we were promised new towns 3 times a week, and new bed sheets 2 times a week they weren”t changed once during the week, we stayed there. My friend was yelled at by the receptionist the next day, because we asked for towls, cups and glases weren”t changed once, i drank form the same cup all week, complaining didn”t work. it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel it is barely a 2 star hotel. The sope holder comes of the Wall, because it is held up by to sides sticky tape, the dores are broken and hard to open and close. The drains in the pool are loose, and in the swim ups the drains are rusty, the outsides of the swimups are brown and discusting. Fore your own sakes. CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL. Er takket to multible guests, and they were alll dissattisfied by this hotel.

Great vacation

Beautiful place, quality food, top-notch bedding. Clean room and the housekeeper was very attentive.
On the other hand, the tall waiter at the bar is as unpleasant as can be, the waitress at the pool bar is really not pleasant and complains more than she should.
And a little lady at the front desk is arrogant and unpleasant. I wonder how one can put this type of person in customer service.
