Enjoyed staying at Vana Vihar

I enjoyed my stay at Vana Vihar. My partner and I got a cottage, which was really spacious complete with a bedroom, separate living room area and patio. It was lovely and clean. The restaurant food was very good. The staff helped us out to arrange our next destination. Also this hotel is located close to the reception area for Bandipur National Park, where you go to book and depart for a safari. Very affordable compared to nearby options and had a good experience staying here.

My experience at Vanavihar

Rooms are not very top notch, food is also not that great. Hotel management lacks courtesy and means only business. Bathroom water overflows to bedroom and it was never fixed. Okay for a stay for boys and not worth taking family here. Property could have been managed way better. Good luck!

Pathetic experience of staying at Hotel Vana Vihar

In every way, the experience of one night stay was horrible. Very ill maintained property, shabby rooms, virtually no room service available, very poor basic amenities, poor hygiene and cleanliness, no operating restaurant inside - thus no food available. Booked through a travel tour operator, who seemingly was also completely ignorant about the current situation (stayed on 10th Sept 2021 night). I will not recommend anybody to stay there unless there is a significant improvement. All photographs shown in the net are old, and doesn't convey the actual situation at present.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

This is the worst hotel I've ever experienced. No service at all. Dirty and stinky rooms. Its like a haunted place. At night its actually scary. I've booked for 2 nights, but spent only 1 night and checked out next day morning. Total waste of money. This resort must be immediately closed down. I strongly request online portals also like makemytrip, goibibo, etc as not to promote this kind of pathetic & dirty resorts/hotels, its their responsibility as well to check status of any resort/hotels before promoting them. Don't even think of visiting this resort.

Stay Away from this place

This hotel is full of bed Bugs. Had to change 2 rooms at night (1-2am) due to bed bug bites. Owner was not even interested in talking because we had already done full payment. Did not refund any money. Please stay away from this hotel there are many other good hotels in this area.
