Really friendly and helpful staff who assisted with all requests and were able to accommodate us for an additional night when our flight was cancelled. Great breakfast cleaning and comfortable rooms great location close to station and a 20-25 min walk from the tower and other attractions.

The hotel is very close to the station, which is definitely convenient. However, the small alley leading to the entrance seems to be a chosen sleeping spot for several homeless people and had a very strong smell of urine. Not exactly the grandest of arrivals.
Our room was on the sixth floor, meaning several trips in what may be the oldest lift in Pisa. It was painfully slow, creaky and made enough questionable noises that I genuinely wondered whether we’d make it to the top. When the doors finally opened, it felt like a minor miracle.
The room itself had a metal shutter covering the window, so there was virtually no natural light, giving it a slightly “underground bunker” feel. The air conditioning was also very weak — more of a gentle suggestion of cool air than actual aircon — which made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep.
I appreciate this was a cheap option and wasn’t expecting luxury, but between the fragrant entrance, terrifying lift, bunker-style room and asthmatic aircon, I wouldn’t stay again.

Our room was nice and clean with large towels
There was a refrigerator in the room
The staff was nice

Some Air conditioner was work out and the walls between the rooms are thin.
The noise from next room was able to hear clear during night time

The room was very clean indeed but dated air-conditioning worked well shower bathroom facilities were magnificent. Nothing to complain about. I definitely would stay there again because the location to the station was literally steps away absolutely perfect.
