HOTEL SPORTING AND ALFREDO NUMBER ONE

I stayed with my family for the first time at this hotel last Ferragosto week.
Upon our arrival, the manager Alfredo and all the staff welcomed us in a warm and professional manner, immediately giving us all the explanations about the hotel, the beach (EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT REALLY 400MT AWAY FROM THE HOTEL) and what to see in the surroundings. Alfredo is SUPER HELPFUL WITH EVERYTHING YOU ASK HIM.
The breakfast is abundant and varied, I ate some GENEROUS AND DELICIOUS DISHES SERVED WITH GREAT PROFESSIONALISM AND PRECISION BY THE WONDERFUL WAITER (GIUSEPPE) The other waiters are also kind and professional.
I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO THIS HOTEL.
THE ONLY NOTE THAT WOULD DESERVE MORE CARE ARE THE ROOMS, IN PARTICULAR I AM REFERRING TO ROOM 22 WHERE I STAYED WHICH WOULD DESERVE A RADICAL GENERAL RENOVATION
AS THEY HAVE VEEERY OLD DOORS, FURNITURE, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS.

ALFREDO

The hotel is welcoming and very clean.
It wouldn't be the same hotel without Alfredo.
Very attentive to everything and everything works to perfection.
We spent 9 days on half board and, despite the choice of only two courses, we ate very well.
The only downside is the pool, which is a bit small, but you don't go to the beach to stay in the pool.
Thank you Alfredo for the attention you showed us and Leonardo, our little dog.
Our friends were also enthusiastic and we will definitely return.

An excellent culinary experience.

A memorable culinary experience: the best brodetto ever!
Yesterday at lunch, I had a truly exceptional gastronomic experience at the Sporting in Vasto Marina.
The welcome was extraordinary thanks to the warmth, friendliness, and professionalism of the entire staff, who make you feel pampered from the first to the last moment. The service was impeccable, quick, and attentive to every little detail.
A note of great merit goes to the three pillars of the establishment:
The owner, for her exquisite hospitality and the care she takes in making every customer feel at home.
The waitress, cheerful, very kind, and extraordinarily professional in advising and attending to the table.
The chef, a true artist of the kitchen, endowed with excellent skills.
I ordered the typical brodetto from Vasto: a wonder for the eyes and the palate. Top-quality raw materials, absolute freshness, and a perfect balance of traditional flavors. Without a shadow of a doubt, the best brodetto I have ever eaten in my life.
Superb quality, splendid atmosphere, and human warmth at the highest levels. Highly recommended and absolutely not to be missed if you are in Vasto Marina! I will definitely return.

Good location, needs renovation.

The location is very good, very close to the bike path and the beach with an umbrella and sunbed included in the hotel price, and 5 km from the center of Vasto. The breakfast is also very good for the sweet products. The staff is very kind, but unfortunately, the room and bathroom are very old. The room had a very high temperature despite it being late May. Maybe there are other rooms that are a bit newer, but ours was not like the one shown on the website. It needs renovation....
