Respite in the Medina

Despite its close proximity to the main square at Jemaa al-Fna, this road offers respite from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Michel will take excellent care to make sure that you enjoy your stay in Marrakech by offering helpful hints and securing great reservations. The welcome mint tea Aziz prepared, was my favorite of the entire trip.

Marvellous Riad

Mikael & Guido are superb hosts. Their local knowledge, recommendations & day to day tips are first class.
Their Riad has been lovingly restored, so much attention to detail & comfort.
One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in while abroad.
All the staff, especially Aziz, were so welcoming & attentive throughout our 4 night stay. Looked forward to our breakfast each morning- different variety of fruit, eggs & homemade pancakes daily.
Unfortunately the weather was too hot for us to be able to enjoy the full value of the gorgeous Rooftop area. However the excellent A/C in our room & the cool breeze to be felt downstairs in the Riad was welcoming.
Would definitely recommend this beautiful Riad. Thank you Mikael & Guido for your outstanding hospitality.

A very genuine, traditional and comfortable place to stay.

This was an outstanding property. It was very traditional, spacious and clean. A very comfy bed. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. Host Guido was brilliant. He went out of his way to ensure everything was in order and provided us some great recommendations on what to do and where to eat. His recommendations were spot on and and even made the bookings for us. His tips for shopping, mastering the street vendors, the taxis and others things were really useful and welcome. So very welcoming, comfortable and relaxing, thank you Guido and Aziz.

Incredible city break

A place to remember from an unforgettable vacation! Riads are many in Marrakesh but this one has besides a clean and neat place, owners that really cares about their guests!
The riad is runned by 2 friends who were offering good tips and arranging dinner in some incredible restaurants, literally hidden gem and trips around Marrakesh with a designated driver. We were delighted about the riad how was renovated and where you have everything you need (except tv but we didn't care).
Good breakfast and absolutely lovely hosts!
We came to Marrakesh with no expectations and we have discovered another world thanks to Guido. Hope to come back soon as we still need to go in a Sahara trip!

Beautiful & peaceful oasis in the middle of busy Marrakesh!

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay! Michael (one of owners), greeted you with a delicious sweet treat, Moroccan mint tea & shows you the city map, gives you tips about taxis, the street vendors, safety tips etc. So you get a great lay of the land right up front! The location is very close to the main square and all the markets. All of the staff was incredible, including the owners, Michael and Guido. Personable and helpful. Everyone was smiley, helpful and so kind. It seemed that they always were one step ahead of us and knew what we needed before we did, like water bottles etc. The Riad itself is stunning, so many handmade things, attention to detail, and the owner have impeccable taste! The rooms were extremely clean, breakfast was delicious, the place was very quiet at night & we just can’t say enough good things about this place. we would give it even more stars than 5 if we could! We were sad to leave, and we will be back again to stay! Shukran!
