A fairytale, castle-like retreat where you feel like a princess at accessible prices—my satisfaction is beyond words

I read the negative reviews one by one, and I can confidently say they come from dissatisfied individuals who have never experienced true quality service; I felt compelled to comment, as I consider these remarks unfair to this exceptional place. The staff were exceptionally gracious, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, delivering a level of hospitality that reflects true refinement. Immersed in the enchanting atmosphere of Marrakesh, I found myself captivated by surroundings that rival — and even surpass — the breathtaking beauty of the Swiss Alps, while evoking the timeless elegance of the French palaces.
What is truly remarkable is that such an extraordinary experience remains accessible. In Europe, a comparable stay would easily command twenty times the price — and even then, finding a boutique property with such character, intimacy, and castle-like charm would be exceptionally rare.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem to anyone considering a visit to Marrakesh. You may reserve with complete confidence

We arrived a little early, but the staff welcomed us and got our room ready quickly. The view from our 1st floor room was fabulous. The swimming pool and the surrounding areas were well maintained. There weren't many guests when we were there, but it wasn't an issue at all, as the staff were there and looked after us very well.

The Lights went out on our first night but came back after 2 hours or so.
The hotel is far from amenities.
We travelled in December and the hotel was empty with one or two other guests during our stay. The weather was cold in Marrakech. The staff were pleasant and professional, especially Munir and the room service lady.
