Authentic accommodation, oriental, modern and very clean.
It's easy to take a quick dip in the pool in the afternoon.
Beautiful rooms decorated in Ibiza style, comfortable beds, very clean and modern.
The residential area is perfect and very quiet.
Fan and air conditioning available.
Parking directly in the courtyard.
We would stay there again anytime.
Breakfast was great and I think you can have a good dinner there too.
One of the employees took us to a fortress in the evening and even negotiated free entry.
Highly recommended.

An oasis of tranquility in the center of Nizwa
It consists of a nucleus of traditional / ancient houses completely renovated arranged around a palm garden with a small swimming pool: all very well done and very pleasant and relaxing.
Rooms relatively small, but well arranged and with all the comforts: given the characteristics of the houses are still a bit 'dark, with small windows. On the other hand, it could not be done differently so that's fine.
Definitely essential services... there is no bar and even the breakfast is decent but no more; with some precautions you could add a point.

Great location and facilities, bad service and disastrous breakfast
Hard to reach with an SUV in massive traffic over narrow streets. Took 1.5 hours Friday night from the highway to the house. Room okay, very small. Breakfast catastrophic, everything tapped off, nothing was offered on demand either. No staff at breakfast. As probably already recorded on Booking.com in many reviews.
Great complex with pool and garden in the courtyard. Check-in staff unfortunately a bit overwhelmed.
