Great location and everything you need.

Stayed At the Hotel Dolarea for 5 nights for working locally and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, very understanding staff (with very my poor Spanish language) and in a great location. Underground secure parking was also greatly appreciated.

They left us without a reservation upon arrival with 2 babies with no solution in the middle of August

We find it very difficult to understand what we experienced at Hotel Dolarea. We had a confirmed reservation through Booking for a family room, since we were traveling with a 3-year-old girl and an 11-month-old baby.
Upon arrival, they informed us that the reserved room was not available and offered us a lower category. Even so, so as not to complicate the trip further with two small children, we accepted the alternative. Our surprise was that, after accepting it, the establishment decided unilaterally not to accommodate us and left us literally without a room and without a solution.
We were forced to look for other accommodation urgently, paying a higher price and traveling many more kilometers, with the stress that entails doing so with two such small children.
The most disappointing thing was not just the error, but the absolute lack of empathy, professionalism, and willingness to solve a problem that we had not caused. We expected a hotel that would take responsibility for a mistake; instead, they left us completely stranded.
We would not recommend this hotel to any family that needs the peace of mind that a confirmed reservation will be honored.

Old Hostel Renovated into 4* Pension

Former Hostel converted into 4 Star Pension. Upon arrival at the reception we feel good. Lovely welcome despite a very late arrival.... The rooms are spacious, very well decorated. The bedding is firm and pleasant. At your disposal a fridge, a safe. The wifi is excellent. TV on which you can connect your devices (Apple TV etc). Well appointed bathroom with shower cabin. For breakfast you do not have a gargantuan buffet as in the "classic" hotels .. here we offer you to order what you want and we come to serve you. It keeps a "family" spirit. The dining room is very nice. If you want to settle down, the patio on the first floor is very nice. Nicely decorated and lit. I saw that there was a bar in front of the reception but it was closed. There is also an underground car park with about fifteen spaces (fees apply). Basically very pleasant stay. And very welcome.
In negative, maybe the size of the TV screen in my room. The rooms are spacious it would be great to have a TV screen a little wider. But this is really a detail. Perhaps also the lack of outlets for electric vehicles. Unless I missed them.

It's not four stars, just the price

It is not expected for a 4-star hotel, the price is the only thing that fits that category. Disappointment. If I'd had fewer stars I'd have thought it was right. Details and attention were missing. Examples:
The regrettable soundproofing. We were woken by the radio in the next room.
The towels, all of them, were frayed and outdated.
The unprofessional reception.

To avoid!!!

Does not deserve its 4 stars!! .A very unpleasant reception with a very neglected outfit. Rooms are noisy (close to train and road) not very clean, breakfast mediocre in a nightclub setting and air conditioning does not work.
Great disappointment with the photos of the site!!!
