Fantastic hotel with parking options and very central to everything
My daughter and i stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a recent trip to Granada we booked a superior room which had a brilliant comfy bed and spacious bathroom i would have no complaints about the room apart from the noise from the street in the early hours but no fault of the hotel - the staff work extremely hard in the restaurant and the bar we had breakfast two mornings which we paid 15€ and was well worth it compared to other places in the city there was a wide selection of fresh fruit fresh sourdough bread and eggs made while you wait would defo recommend and we ended each evening in the bar with a drink and maybe a dessert to share one night we had tacos they were so helpful especially two wee older men who are sooo efficient didn’t catch their names but nothing was too much trouble we also used the rooftop pool which was a welcome relief after a warm day in the city thanks to all st the wonderful hotel would defo recommend it 100%

Great stay at this hotel, room was clean and a good size. We had to ask for towels on arrival as only 1 was in the bathroom and the wardrobe door was jamming. Both were fixed straight away. The hot tub kept draining away so they sent a maintenance guy to fix it. It still drained away but we didn’t want to change rooms so only filled it when we wanted to use it. I asked for proper sunbeds for the terrace like the website photos show and we got these straight away. Staff were friendly and very efficient.

Mediocre
Mediocre for the price you pay. Room 502 needs structural revision, the bathroom had mold and exposed brick wall. There's a giant mirror next to the bed that made the room look and feel like a "love hotel". Breakfast was not worth 19 euros considering the small portions and quality of the food.
