Fleeced and skint now

Views are beautiful and that’s where it stops. Arrived for an overnight stay paying £130. Was then asked for another £60 as my son is an adult at 12. Arrived early and nothing around so asked if there was a snack bar to get some food but only buffet. 20 euros each ( inc 12 year old adult so fries and a coke). So another 60 euros gone. Asked for towels to use pool. 10 euros each for deposit! Pool small and not enough beds but otherwise nice. Pool bar good. Went down for dinner (as half board) told not entitled to drinks with meal unless paid more money. More euros paid to fergus fleece hotel. Room was adequate with a lovely view. Limited pillows with only air in them but beds comfy. Parking just a dirt track. Had breakfast (was expecting to get charged for my OJ) then swiftly left before they asked for more money for the air we were breathing. Be warned read the small print.

Cap Roig!

We are having a good stay at this hotel. The staff is always smiling, welcoming, and helpful. A big thank you to Siham and Alberto for their kindness with the children and the fact that they speak French.
The setting is magnificent, the pool is good for families with a good water play area, and the beach is only a 5-minute walk away.
The restaurant offers a wide choice of dishes for all tastes. Only small downside: the fruit juices.
The facilities are a bit aging, but this is largely compensated for by the quality of the welcome, the atmosphere, and the excellent value for money. We recommend this hotel without hesitation.

When we arrived we were told that our oldest daughter (13) was too old for the room we booked through hotels.com. But, as I said to the receptionist, we did fill in her correct age when booking. It didn’t matter, she said so they charged us 25 euros extra.
She was quite rude.
The room was ok, but the extra beds for the kids was not very comfortable.
The pool was ok, but very few sun loungers, so we had nowhere to sit. But the pool shut at 18:00 anyway which was a bit strange in the middle of summer.
The breakfast was ok, not more than that.

Excellent stay

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in room 310. the food was an amazing and the chef fernando ‘s amazing.The restaurant staff was brilliant specially Sihan she was very friendly and helpful. We definitely come back. Thank you for everything
