A stay that pleasantly surprised us.
I didn't know it, but we received a hotel voucher as a gift and, among the available options, this accommodation appeared as a suggestion. The truth is that the choice could not have been more accurate.
The stay has been super comfortable and pleasant. The room was very comfortable, I loved the dinner and breakfast buffet, and the hotel also offers massage services, which was a great decision. We were attended by Vero, who was charming and a great professional; we left delighted.
I also want to highlight Flor's attention upon our arrival, who was very kind and helped us resolve a small issue, as I had forgotten the voucher in Murcia. Thanks to her treatment and willingness, everything was resolved without any problem.
Additionally, the hotel has a rooftop pool, a detail that adds greatly to the experience and makes it even more special.
In general, a very good experience, comfortable and with excellent treatment from the staff. I recommend it 100%. I would definitely return.

The room was lovely with the lamps by 4 poster bed creating a warm ambience. Unfortunately the TV screen was smashed but this was sorted straightaway with another TV brought to the room by the helpful caretaking staff. There was a gift of cava and chocolates for my birthday which was a lovely touch.
The spa bath was good, plenty of towels the shower was ok too. The balcony was spacious and comfortable.
Good location for walking to the Port area of Lo Pagan and if your able as we are a nice walk to the mud baths and the flamingoes.
Some parts of the room could do with repairs/touch ups but it was clean and comfortable.

Great place for cyclists
The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the terrace was exceptionally large for a hotel, with views for miles.
The rooftop pool is a gem, with 360 views over Murcia and beyond.
The real bonus for cyclists, is the secure cycle storage room within a large parking garage.
This is ideal for cyclists with all tools, bike stand and pump provided for any maintenance. The room is locked and the key held at reception.
We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant but the cafe bar attached to the hotel was reasonable priced with a light breakfast, drinks and snacks.
Having read some reviews on here about having dated furniture, I was expecting some issues, but although the furniture isn't ultra modern, it's all in good order and impeccably clean.
And the furnishing is in keeping with the age of the building.
Would I stay again?
