Very nice
Perfect location if you are looking for a place to stay for a night. Nice staff. Clean and calm. The beds are very confortable and the bathroom is fresh. Excellent breakfast (5 €) and god food in the restaurang. Garage (10 €).

Hostility and Highness: An unforgettable experience in Puçol
As an experienced Traveler who has travelled over 50 countries and stayed in all kinds of accommodations, from five Michelin star hotels to modest hostels, I have never encountered such contemptuous and cynical treatment as I received in this small hotel in the center of Puçol.
I travelled from Mexico to visit a nearby international school, located just 10 minutes by taxi from Puçol. Arriving by train from Valencia, I found myself without a single taxi available to take me. Desperate, I went into the hotel to ask for help, hoping that your taxi service could solve my problem.
What followed was a display of arrogance and arrogance that I will not forget. The lady who answered me, with a haughty and condescending attitude, flatly refused to make a simple call, arguing that she ‘could not take care of that call.’ I offered to pay to use his phone, as my Mexican number was not working in Spain, and with total disdain, he again rejected my request. I even asked him to stay in the lobby while I sorted out the situation, but in an unexplained act of pride, he ran me out of the hotel.
I never stayed as a guest, and after this deal, I never would. It is unheard of that in such a small town, where a certain warmth and willingness to help visitors is expected, one encounters such a hostile attitude. The lady, who I discovered later is part of the hotel board, has no idea what true hospitality means.
This place does not deserve to welcome travelers, least of all those who seek a minimum of empathy and support. The lack of consideration and contempt they displayed is unacceptable. My Recommendation: Avoid this hotel at all costs. The arrogance and high-handedness of his staff are not worth it.

Neat, clean, and convenient location
The hotel was convenient during our road trip in Spain:
- basic but good and clean family room
- east to get place free car park around
- good breakfast
Great value of money for such price during the high season
- staff were nice, friendly and helpful.
When we missed our breakfast the first day, they did not let us pay for the breakfast in the second day, it was nice gesture (as we choose room without breakfast we we booked).

Great disappointment
We decidedly to stay here after reading the reviews on trip advisor and were sorely disappointed.
The air conditioner in the room is only cool air from outside and not effective at all. Room was very noisy due to other guests banging their doors. Lady owner was rough and has no idea about public relations which is so important in the service industry. She should learn to smile sometimes. Breakfast was pathetic. No wifi reception in the rooms even though its mentioned that there is wifi in all rooms and public areas. Parking is expensive.
Don't recommend the place.

One night stay Pucol
On our way down to Andalucia from our home in France we prebooked an overnight stop in the Hotel Alba, paying only €60 in total for two rooms. In terms of value for money you really won't do any better than this. The hotel is family run and it is clear that the family are very proud of their business.....and justifiably so! It was a pleasure to stay here - simple, comfortable, air-conditioned rooms, which are absolutely immaculately presented. There are plenty of places to eat within a couple of hundred metres of the hotel, and the position is ideal if you are taking a long trip up or down the east coast of Spain.
