Lovely stay
The hotel enjoys an excellent location, conveniently situated near many of the city's key landmarks and shopping destinations. Both the room quality and breakfast experience were outstanding, with a well-curated selection and high standards throughout.
The arrival experience was seamless. The lady and gentleman who welcomed us at check-in, along with the breakfast and dinner teams, were professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly.
Unfortunately, there was one incident that fell below expectations. A room attendant entered our room without knocking while I was inside and undressed. While I understand mistakes can happen, this is a serious lapse in guest privacy and should not occur.
I informed two reception team members, clearly stating that I was not making a complaint but wanted to highlight an unacceptable situation. They just asked for the room number and mentioned that management would be informed. However, a simple apology or expression of concern at that moment would have been appreciated and would have demonstrated greater empathy and service recovery.
Overall, the stay was very pleasant, and the strengths of the hotel far outweigh this isolated incident. With better handling of guest concerns and reinforced privacy procedures, the experience would have been exceptional.

Would Highly Recommend
You could not ask for a better location to stay in Valencia than the Estimar Hotel, very central and accessible to all the attractions.
The hotel itself is cosy, modern, tastefully designed and an amazing building as a former bank.
The bedrooms are very clean, with comfortable beds and well thought out amenities. They even leave little gifts on your bed during your stay. Such a lovely touch and so well thought out.
The staff are very friendly and very professional. The reception staff were very informative with excellent rapport with guests. A special mention for Ana on reception who goes above and beyond to make such a pleasant stay.
Overall, this hotel is excellent and should have a higher rating. Would certainly stay again.

The staff put this place over the top. Josh and the front desk was the best, as was the morning male server in the breakfast room.

Real gem
Estimar Valencia is a true gem in every way. The location is perfect, the beds and pillows are wonderfully comfortable, and the attention to small but meaningful details — like foot lotion waiting for you after a long day of walking, or a lovely selection of skin and hair care products — really sets it apart.
But honestly, all of that pales next to the real gem: the people. From reception to housekeeping to the breakfast staff, everyone we encountered was kind, patient, and genuinely warm. It’s hard to imagine how many guests pass through, yet every single interaction felt personal.

Fabulous stay in perfect location! Room was lovely and very quiet! Added unexpected extras and surprise birthday room delivery. Loved our nightly rooftop bar aperitif before heading out. Would highly recommend!
