A very nice small hotel

The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. But what I appreciated the most was the kindness of the staff and the small patio to relax.

Hidden hotel albeit very close to the city centre

I was looking for another hotel in Neuchâtel, since I was fed up with the previous one (Beaulac). I found this one, which is, after that first stay, my new place there!
Check-in was efficient. I was given a nice room, with everything expected in a *** hotel. Breakfast was all right. And staff were all pleasant. A nice place to stay, close to everything in Neuchâtel.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel de l’Ecluse. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent for exploring Neuchâtel, especially the lakefront, the Collegiate Church, and the castle area, all within easy walking distance.
A couple of maintenance issues could use attention — the toilet seat in our room was loose and the shower drain cover kept coming off during use. The room was also quite warm at night. We were able to open the window to cool it down while sleeping, but there was noticeable traffic noise from outside.
Overall, we still had a pleasant stay and appreciated the convenience of the location.

The hotel and room were spotless. Had everything you needed in a great location. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Would recommend and stay here again.

Very clean, friendly staff always ready to inquire or help you.
The rooms are very good. You will find everything you need. Mine has a small kitchenette (it can be convenient ).
Close to the lake, the castle, the pedestrian streets of the station and the bus lines. Nickel to visit Neuchatel!
