Overall advisable

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms equipped with every comfort, well furnished, clean and soundproofed, with spacious bathroom. Only defect the excessive cost given the standard of living of Bulgaria and breakfast not included. The first day we used it for a fee, 15 € per person, but it was very scarce.On New Year's Day they offered it. Finally, the description said that there was a sauna and instead it is no longer in operation. I proved that I went to another hotel to take advantage of it, but they did not replenish the extra cost.

Scam!

I have booked from Paris, when I arrive I am told that I have no reservation (despite messages exchanged) it is 8pm. They give me a room... more expensive 90 euros. And it's not worth 90 euros or the stars announced. The neighborhood is rotten. the stay starts well in Bulgaria

Something good / something bad

The location of the hotel is nice, very close to the city center. Rooms are ok. Nothing special but for a sleepover it is enough. We ordered a room with balcony and mountain view - but we got instead a nice view to other buildings and a balcony which was 30 cm bright What is the worst - the staff. I met only 1 girl, which was ok. 3 others terrible. Without smile, one receptionist played on her phone, even when we was waiting for her service 20 minutes (only 2 small coffees) - they needed to bring it from another building (even that she had a coffee machine close to her and we had more times coffe directly in the reception). Breakfast poor - always the same, only a few things to choose from. But it was ok for the money.

Girls Shopping Trip

Myself and 4 friends stayed at this hotel in November, beautiful hotel, very clean and staff are very helpful.
If you are having breakfast/dinner you have to go across the road to a sister hotel but not a big deal as the food was really good. I would deffo recommend this hotel.

Fake luxury

I stayed in this hotel for two months. It has good location in the centre, properly equipped rooms (however there is not much space inside) and kind receptionists.
Unfortunately, hotel restaurant was terrible while my stay. Meals didn't taste well, they were very expensive and few times I even had stomach problems after eating there (especially after eating eggs and rotten cake for breakfast but even just rice with chicken fillet as well!!!). Eatables were not fresh and be careful when ordering beef meat - it is not beef every time. Last but not least it is noticeable you have to go outside the hotel and enter another building on the other side of road to reach the restaurant.
According the internet connection, it was getting weaker during all my stay (in the end I was not able to even connect the wifi).
There is fitness center in the basement but not equipped enough. In addition, some of machines don't work. On the other hand, it is possible to use nice sauna.
To sum up, I would not stay in this hotel again, especially because of restaurant's problems mentioned above and unwillingness of its management to solve them.
