The rooms are clean but need a modernisation. You can hear other guest Very clear talking from other rooms.

I loved the location as it was very convenient to the metro, shopping and restaurants. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff however would make a call if it was requested. They were certainly not going to go the extra mile but only did what was necessary.

The hotel stay was nice and comfortable. Nice location.
I wish they started the breakfast by 7:30am and not 8am. All our tours start at 8 or 8:30am.
Do not have laundry service even though it's mentioned on the website.

Nice stay at Hotel Niky – absolutely recommended!
2 weeks ago I stayed at Hotel Niky. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, you feel immediately welcome. The room was like a small apartment – spacious, with a living and sleeping corner, large bathroom. It was clean, cozy and well equipped. The price also included breakfast.
Breakfast - delicious breakfast offer, ideal start to the day.
The location is top, right in the center, just a few meters to Vitosha Street and the NDK. There are numerous shops and restaurants nearby. The metro stop is only a 2-3 minute walk away. You drive about 15 minutes to the airport.
