Consigliatissimo

Ho trascorso sei notti nella struttura A57 di Casal Palocco e mi sono trovata benissimo. La proprietaria è disponibile e molto cortese. Le stanze sono pulite e confortevoli. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Horrible experience for everything

Bad service, I've never seen The innkeeper greeted us with a phone call. He said to eat what was in the fridge then at midnight a guest was breaking down the bedroom door because the food was his. Three packs of two liters of open juice and cereal in a pack where anyone gets their hands. Dirty and against all hygiene standards

Nightmare in Roma!

My experience at this property was nothing short of disastrous. I stayed for one night, and due to a combination of miscommunication, lack of professionalism, and poor management, I missed my flight and suffered a $2,000 loss.
The operation is run by two individuals, and frankly, it feels more like a disorganized side project than a hospitality business. From the start, I encountered a significant language barrier, making it difficult to get clear information. I was never informed that the property operates on a cash-only basis, unless specific conditions are met for card payments—details which were not disclosed at the time of booking.
The so-called manager, Alessia, never made a personal appearance. I communicated with her only through messages. She emphasized multiple times that the room would cost 90 euros, but never once clarified that full payment in cash would be required unless I was brought to a completely different property to process a card payment—a detail that would have been critical to know in advance.
Here’s the breakdown:
The property manages two separate houses, both about 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from each other.
Only one location has a card payment system, and it’s not the one I was staying at.
I was misled to believe partial cash was acceptable, when in fact, it was cash-only or card-only, no mix.
On the morning of my departure, I had a minor accident and took 5 minutes to document it before leaving. This was then used against me to justify what happened next.
Instead of heading straight to the airport—which I should have done to make my 10:00 AM flight—I was driven at 9:00 AM, away from the airport, to their second property to process the card payment. This detour, combined with traffic, took 40 minutes and directly resulted in me missing my flight. When I called Alessia at 9:40 AM, I had already been denied boarding and was calling to express my disbelief that they would pull me away from the airport an hour before departure—due to their own miscommunication.
There was no apology, no ownership, and no acknowledgment of their role in this costly mistake. Just deflection and blame.
If you’re flying out of the nearby airport, do yourself a favor and spend the extra $10–20 for a proper hotel closer by. The distance, disorganization, and lack of professionalism here could end up costing you far more.
