Evaluation of the stay

Excellent location, it is next to the train station which gives access to everywhere and 5 minutes walk we have the metro station and is not far from the center of Rome
The owners are very friendly and help with what is needed
The room is amazing and the hot tub is very well worth it and the room is very comfortable and very hygienic

Nice place for short stays.

This place is nice for travellers with short stays. We however, stayed here for 3 nights and it was actually fine except for the noise of your neighbor.
You dont really hear them often, but whenever they use the hairdryer, or have their alarms on, you will, otherwise, the window is good sealed from the noise outside.
The room has "sexy shower" which means you can see your partner, or your friend when they have shower and there is no curtain.
Except for that, I like the bathroom. Its really clean.
The Aircon works really good in our room too, so its a bonus after a long trip in Rome.
There is a safe and mini fridge in the room.
Their "lobby area" is nice too. There are coffee, kettle, microwave to use.
We met No staff while staying here, but its okay.
We couldnt get the TV to work. It seems to be a smart TV but its really slow and keep loading, so we didnt use it at all.
So if you wanna have some entertainment except for your phone, take your pc or tablets with you with your own good internet as the Wifi is not so great either but we dont mind. The location of this hotel is really nice. Walking distance to Rome Terminal, the train, metro and buses, and in there you will see food court with so much to eat. We got us some nice desserts as well.
Yes, we might stay here again but its not gonna be for more than 2, nights next time.

Disappointing

We stayed for one night in the suite with the hot tub was an equally disappointing experience since the hot water was not there!!!!! Another negative thing, the powder in sight! And the TV was not going...Experience below expectations

Felt very unsafe

We stayed here for 3 nights as a couple in the room with the spa Bath, the actual room and part of the building they are in is lovely but beyond that is a no go, on our first night we were greeted with a woman screaming hysterically outside our room in the apartments which was terrifying, the area to the left of the actual building and up the street is disgusting, men just hanging over the walls etc it made me feel so uncomfortable and very unsafe as a woman even with my boyfriend! I was unaware of the actual building, you have to go through big double doors to enter and up 3 floors which are all very old and weary. The people who run the ‘hotel’ are lovely and very accommodating but All together I wouldn’t stay here again

horror hotel

Because of the location it seems like a bargain but only when you leave the Termini station do you start to see homeless people, people from all cultures except Italian, and lots of dirt. I have been with my daughter and I was very scared until we reached the building that was under construction above and looked like a castle of terror. It took me 20 minutes to look for a better apartment and I lost the reservation. My safety above all. I do not recommend at all
