Surprise in a hotel in Madrid
The hotel and its staff really surprised me. The hotel is cozy, clean, with comfortable and well equipped rooms. Its bed is comfortable and the bathroom complete and provision of cleaning elements. But the best thing is his staff. From the front desk, the people who serve breakfast and their cleaning staff. All extremely friendly and predisposed to solve any inconvenience and advise you on everything

Hotel without stars
Hotel without stars .....
First of all I have to say that the attention received by the reception and buffet boys was very correct ......
And to continue, I am funny that you are sold a continental buffet, when it is truly a scam, I have not seen in my life a buffet like this ever, everything in jars, no cut sausage, no hot buffet, everything lousy the truth, on the other hand I can comment the room, a sleepless night since the beds are harder than a rock, it seems that you sleep on the floor, we commented on it in the reception and gave us cushions to be able to make a slightly softer base ...... , no comments.......
The stuff that's supposed to be single-dose and new in the bathroom, half of it was there, toothbrush, shower cap, razor......, we're not coming back anymore.......

Great for location and cost benefits
Chosen after a careful evaluation, I had no regrets, the hotel has the metro stop almost in front of the entrance, convenient to and from Madrid airport, the center and the places of interest you get in 15 minutes, 5/6 metro stops. L 'hotel comfortable enough the rooms although not very large are equipped with the necessary, excellent air conditioning and 'soundproofing despite some reviews that complained of noise, my room was on the first floor on the main street. The bathroom with modern furniture equipped with everything you need, the shower very comfortable with excellent pressure. Breakfast is actually missing the salty, however satisfying. Very professional staff courteous and helpful. Having to return to Madrid I would have no doubt to stay there again. Stay 4 nights

GETAWAY IN MADRID
We stayed in this hotel because of the proximity of the event we were going to go at the weekend, the prices compared to Madrid center very good since everything has gone up a lot in the city, very well connected with the public transport network (metro, bus) the accommodation is renovated, clean and in good condition, the staff both reception, cleaning and very nice care, the rooms complete and modern, to put a hit the breakfast buffet a little poor (we were surprised because there were no sausages of any kind) for the rest well (pastry, bread, iogurts, fruit etc...) Definitely a good option to choose to stay in the vicinity of Madrid.

So and so...
We stayed at the Hotel 4C Bravo Murillo for four nights during our holiday in Madrid; and we enjoyed it quite well.
The room is spacious and very clean, and the bathroom is nice big: it is also equipped with a bidet, as well as a shower in which you can comfortably stay in two.
Unfortunately, however, the soundproofing is practically nothing, so you will suffer all the street noise; and it will feel like you and all the other guests all share a large room together. Better get some earplugs! Too bad because the bed, although not very wide, is really comfortable.
The breakfast is pretty paltry: only a couple of "basic" options as far as desserts are concerned, and a single savory alternative consisting of toast and jars of spreads... it's urgent to increase the variety!
On the other hand, the staff is very kind and goes out of their way to help customers.
The location is also excellent: Estrecho Metro Station is less than a minute's walk away.
