So far it was a good stay

The hotel is in strategic location, walking distance more or less 10 mins walk from Atocha Metro station, Staff are friendly, clean and tidy The hotel is in strategic location, walking distance more or less 10 mins walk from Atocha Metro station, And going back airport there’s also a bus station in Atocha bus no.203 AEROPUERTO Terminal 2,3,4
Staff are friendly, clean and tidy room, small room but good enough for couple, everyday there’s a housekeeping to clean the room, and mostly our tour meeting point walking distance from hotel “if you love walking you wont need metro “ ..
Plenty of bars and restaurants, cafe’s for breakfast,lunch and dinner..
The only downturn the room walls is thin, no soundproof wherein you can hear the next room if they are doing something extraordinary , I’d recommend if you have children try to find another hotel, but for adults should be fine ..the price is reasonably cheaper than other hotel around the area..so far we had a good stay in this hotel .. room, small room but good enough for couple, everyday there’s a housekeeping to clean the room, and mostly our tour meeting point walking distance from hotel “if you love walking you wont need metro “ ..

Right hotel in the centre of Madrid

The location of the hotel is fantastic to move around the center of Madrid, as it is very close to the train station of Atocha, and practically in front of the Museo Nacional del Prado.
The rooms are good, although they may be small. The bathroom is correct and modern, although you can hear the shower noises and taps from the surrounding rooms.

Default in the neighborhood.

Well placed hotel, the street is quiet, no soundproofing of the rooms, we really hear everything. The rooms are very small but with the necessary comfort, an outdated and low-end decoration. Prices are quite correct compared to the location near Retiro, Atocha, 15 minutes walk from Sol or Plaza Mayor. You have an ITC Mora hotel right next door of much better standing and just a little more expensive. It is also very painful to have to leave the key every time you go out. In the end, look, you will find better.

Good stay

Had a good stay at this hotel. The location was good - very close to Atocha, a five minute walk to Parque Retiro and plenty of food options nearby. 15 minute walk to Sol.
Did have to leave the key with reception whenever you left the hotel which we found odd but reception was manned 24/7 so no issue there. Room was quite small and basic and walls thin so we could hear our neighbours coming and going. No issue with street noise though.
Given we stayed over NYE, we paid more than usual but were happy with our stay and also appreciated the extra treats on arrival.

Hotel to flee without hesitation

I can't believe it!! I didn't think such a reputable establishment was it could take advantage of an inattention error of a customer who gets the dates wrong and immediately asks after within 5 minutes after payment, the refund because you did not have availability in the dates desired!
Humanly speaking it is not very friendly nor human to take advantage of my mistake and cash the price for accommodation that I could not make!
I'm very shocked at your attitude! It's unfortunate.
