Decent
Decent. Got here late evening and discovered the room was damp. Hotel changed us next day no issue. Animation staff always have something going on to suit all people. Killer darts, boules, water polo and volley ball yoga and aqua aerobics. Food decent and snack bar has varied food.
Bar staff welcoming and not a problem getting served. Good entertainment bit different. Had a decent singer guitarist on 1st night.

Couples holiday
Perfect location for that relaxing and chilling break , food excellent Staff professional, pleasant and friendly , room spacious and spotlessly clean , if you need a taxi use the free 1 in reception , we went to the Old Town for a morning full of little quirky shops and the market ,

We stayed in this hotel in June, for our wedding. The room was bad, shower,sink was leacking. The view we got was horrible,infront of our balcony there was work site, noises was crazy,dust everywhere,no view whats so ever. Hotel(reception) wasnt nice. For our wedding they didnt made any effort. Our family members asked if they can leave bottle of wine or prosecco in the room when we are back from wedding, receptions said no,they dont do any of thatI mean we were all inclusive like one bottle shouldnt be a problem...there was cockroaches running around we had to pay for a drinks after 11pm... restaurant staff was nice, bar staff,enterntainmet staff was nice too, but the rest of it was bad... was not worth of money at all. Would never go back to this hotel. Its def overraited..

We appreciate how frustrating this must have been, especially during your wedding stay. Our records, however, do not show that a request to move rooms was made during your stay. Had we been made aware of your concerns at the time, we would certainly have investigated the issues and, where possible, looked into alternative arrangements.
We are also sorry to hear your comments regarding your wedding celebrations and the bottle of sparkling wine. We would like to clarify that **when we are advised of a wedding prior to the guest's arrival, we always arrange for a bottle of sparkling wine to be placed in the room on the arrival date as a gesture from the hotel**. Had Reception been made aware of your family's request, they would have been able to look into this and advise accordingly. We regret that you were left with the impression that we were unwilling to assist.
We are also concerned by your comments regarding cockroaches. This is certainly not the standard we expect, and had this been reported to our team during your stay, we would have investigated the matter immediately.
Regarding drinks after 11pm, our all-inclusive package operates within specified service hours, and drinks outside these hours may be chargeable.
On a positive note, we are pleased to hear that you found our restaurant, bar and entertainment teams friendly and helpful. We will be sure to share your kind comments with them.

Family holiday for wedding
We travelled as a family for a friends wedding.
The hotel was spotless, house keeping of a high standard.
Lovely hotel and brilliant facilities and evening entertainment.
Themed food evenings throughout your stay, so it’s not the same everyday.

Perfect family holiday
Hotel is very clean, facilities very good.
Rooms are spacious and house keeping to a high standard.
We had an issue on one excursion but the reception team were fantastic and helped us resolve it. We have also been able to keep our room until later flight for a small cost compared to other hotels.
Highly recommend.
