Location in center of city

I stayed in hotel silver pride for 5 days with my family.
My stay was very comfortable.This hotel is very near to Jaipur.Airport and all other tourist places like hawa mahal jantar mantar city palace albert hall jal mahal.
I will recommend hotel silver to other guest.

I had contacted them multiple times to ensure that I had an airport pickup. There was no airport pickup and I had to wait a long time after re-contacting them at landing. And then the driver went and parked in parking and I had to walk over there in the extreme heat. This was completely unacceptable

Horrible Stay – A Nightmare at Hotel Silver Pride

Booked Hotel Silver Pride through MakeMyTrip and it turned out to be an absolute disaster. The room was filthy, stinking, and completely unhygienic — nothing like the photos shown online.
The bedsheets were dirty, linen stained, and clearly not changed after previous guests. The bathroom fittings were broken, water leaking everywhere, and to top it all, the toilet pot was yellow and disgusting. Found old cigarette buds lying around — that says everything about the so-called “cleanliness.”
It was honestly impossible to stay even a single night in that condition. This kind of third-class property should not even be listed on MakeMyTrip. It’s shocking that a trusted platform is promoting such substandard hotels.
I demand a full refund and strongly urge MakeMyTrip to inspect and immediately delist this property so that other customers don’t go through the same pathetic experience.
This was not just disappointing — it was disgusting.

Extremely bad service, don't even think of booking this hotel.

Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They don't know how to talk to people. Not at all corporative.
Please don't even think of booking this hotel.
Building is not as per shown in photos in various websites. Room is extremely dirty.

Highly recommended

Excellent service and well maintained hotel. The food was top notch and hygienic. Would definitely prefer staying here for all my future Jaipur trips.
