Not the five star service we expected
Clean and tidy room, pool and bar area.
Cleaning staff 101% on point
Reception staff really friendly.
Life guard 101% on the ball.
Bar staff….. slow, non existent.
Pool/table service call system pointless as no-one ever comes.
Roof top bar was always closed.
Breakfast was slow service and long wait times for eggs or pancakes whilst the other buffet was empty and not restocked.
Coffee is awful !
Club sandwich was really nice.
Not the five star service we expected.

That said, we are sincerely sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We regret that the service rhythm at the bar and around the pool felt slower than it should have, and we understand how frustrating it can be when the call system does not deliver the prompt attention you were hoping for. Your comments about the breakfast experience and the coffee have been noted, and we are sorry for the wait you encountered during the morning service.
Nonetheless, we are pleased that the club sandwich was to your liking and that you appreciated the tidiness of our pool and bar area.
