This place in an interesting concept. Kind of a shared work space combined with rooms and apartments. I only stayed one night and thought value was great. The location is quite remote though, both from the airport and the city centre. It depends on what you need, for me it was fine.

Scammers

There was no clear cancellation policy provided prior to payment. AFTER you do the payment, they later sent me a contract, which I did not sign because I no longer needed the booking and also did not agree with the contract terms and cancellation policy.
They did not even send a proper confirmation email, booking dates, or any official documentation after the payment. Thankfully, I always take screenshots of everything.
I tried to cancel by phone, WhatsApp, and email, but I received no response at all. Due to the lack of communication and transparency, I had to contact my bank to request a payment reversal.

Recent but away from everything.

Recent establishment located in a non-tourist area a little away from everything. Studio room clean and equipped with the necessary. Interesting value for money. Possibility of breakfast on site very decent.

My deposit was never returned

I strongly do not recommend staying at Node Сarabanchel.
My security deposit was never returned, despite being explicitly assured at check-out that it would be refunded within 30 days.
I was relocated twice, and in each room I encountered new issues. In one, the air conditioner was leaking and part of the ceiling was collapsing; in another, there were problems with the refrigerator, etc. Eventually, I simply gave up and started fixing issues in my room myself.
The staff handle their responsibilities very carelessly. They asked for a copy of my passport and still managed to make mistakes in both my first and last name when preparing the contract.
Every morning around 5 a.m., a fire safety light would turn on in my room and brightly illuminate the entire space. It would not turn off unless I completely cut the electricity to the room. The staff were unable to resolve this issue.
The complex is located quite far from the city center, in a residential area with nothing around except a cemetery and a shopping mall. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the city center.
Technically, there is a kitchen area, but there is no stove or cooktop of any kind.

If you're traveling for pleasure or business, this isn't the place for you: they don't offer basic hotel services, and the staff is incredibly unfriendly and even VERY rude.
I realized they operate as a student room rental service and want to treat you the same.
I paid for continental breakfast, and they had no idea what it included. When I requested the service I PAID FOR, the waiter/bartender threw things at me as if he was doing me a favor.
They don't offer a service to store your bags for 3-4 hours while your check in is available, like any hotel in the world. Although I can understand that, what I find unacceptable in general is the treatment of the staff, especially the hostess, Fiorella.
I don't recommend this place, and it leaves a very bad experience overall.
